    Led a cross-functional team across product, engineering, design, analytics, and QA.

    0 → €10M ARR in 12 months

    Took the discovery platform from concept to scaled deployment: stakeholder interviews, scoping, build, pilot, and launch.

    Built a monetized discovery funnel that opened brand sponsorship revenue while improving how customers browse and buy. Ran experimentation across 1.3M+ users.

    Contributed 10% of monthly revenue within the first year.

  • Mosaic Wellness

    0 → €3.5M in 18 months, Sequioa-backed

    Built Be Bodywise from zero. Owned the roadmap end-to-end from concept through scale.

    Designed the subscription and billing architecture from the ground up: tier structure, LTV modelling, acquisition economics, and churn-based iteration.

    Pre-PMF stage, early product hire.

I’m Anushree. Over 11 years my career has been about one thing:

Turning emerging technology into products that earn their place.

I started on the investor side, evaluating which tech bets would win at venture capital funds in India. Then I crossed over to building, taking products from first sketch to millions in revenue across healthcare, beauty, and global retail brands like Puma in 6 global markets from India to Germany.

I've built from zero, scaled what worked, and stood up the teams to keep it going. AI-native product building isn't a new direction for me. It's the latest frontier, and the skill is the same.
